and that is y so many crimes are happening in this country.. u dont need laws and u wont follow rules ,, u want to do as u wish and not bothering aboutthe country..then yes there will be more of thesekindda incdents and one day u may be the victim and ull pray for a law to come to ur rescue..

cutting the neck or something else.... When such men, devoud of their p.. will move in public, they'll realize their mistake and others will never think to commit such act on other women.
