'Hang till death" should not be the punishment for Shiney.If so he will escape from this world, but what happend to the girl??? SO he should regestry married the girl and all right should be given to the girl as his wife. This should be a lesson for all those so call high socity people.

i dont think that is the solution. 1.under hindu marriage act he is already married. 2.if he get married to the girl, she will not get justice, but will get raped everyday. 3.if he get married to this girl, that means he has to divorce his innocent wife,why she has to pay for his fault i think girl should get compensation for the act
