everything will be clear at the trial stage. there are thousands cases where there is actually no rape and the whole propaganda is done with oblique motive. regarding women being mother, sister etc, men are also father, brother and so on. if there are molestations at work place, there are equal misuses too. and for u there are many films in bollywood like "aitraz" and the masterpiece "imtihaan" (vinod khanna). laws, media and fools start commenting on the state of women without taking due consideration of evidence. regarding his confession, it has no evidential value. any confession before police has no meaning...

Introspect the behavior of male towards female in general then make such comments.
One oe two such cases of misuse of law does not mean that women are considered as equals.
Ever noticed people rubbing their bodies to girls traveling in DTC buses.
Women are treated badly and this is a fact though they have a big temperament compered to their male counterparts otherwise matter would have been worse.
