What we need in the budget

Two segments which are evading taxes-large scale are
1) Politicians and Beauracracy's earning through corruptipon. Corruption is ramapnt and now quite open (Very Sad indeed)
2) Mafia money flowing throught the movie making/ distribution activity.
Find a way to tax this. If need be legalise the bribery activity (I am saying this with a heavy heart)
You can then do with a huge tax cut while growing the revenues through taxes
