Income up to 2.5 Lacs should be tax free and from 2.5 Lac to 5 Lac should be 10%.That will enhance the cash flow in the market.Because most of the middle class employees do saving forcely.This will increase the purchasing power of middle class employees. Also for ladies govt. employees income of Rs. 3 Lacs. should be tax free.
