I would like to request the Honourable finance minister the following to look after. 1. Purchase of helicopter for HIP and maintenance of the same is wastage. Secondly educated public does not take this exp. in a positive manner ( think about margin money). Interest and depriciation of the same together rs 300 cr per year for 1400 cr expence. per day 1 cr only for 12 VVIPs if it is utilised everyday. It can be hired at much low rate and the variavle expences will be on the head of said minister. Otherwise the misuse like " Free ka mall" Increase efficiency of operation, in both goverence and Business. Who will bear the cost of 4400 cr loss by airlines. Investigate if the loss from efficiency side or from corruption. Improve the efficiency in all the govt projects and establishments like health, Education etc. Top of the implementors will be professionls from private sector like Nilkarni, not a old IAS. Because IAS are for refined clarical job.
You will give bettter servive to nation if the exp. can be reduced. So you can give relief to tax payers.
