Introduce I.D.Card for all citizens. Make it compulsory for transacting any business. Discourage all cash transactions above Rs 5000. Link all bank accounts through this ID Card No. Bring all money back from Swiss Bank.

We see people paying Electricity. Mobile and Landline Bills, LIC Premium paying in cash. Huge amounts are going unaccounted. Plus Petrol for cars. With one shot we can reduce corruption substantially by just insisting payment by swiping the credit card or debit card. Till Nandan's technology arrives.
