Black money runs the parallel economy in India. Black money originates from bribe. Corruption goes unabated in the system. Curb the corruption, no need to burden the commoner with present structure. Any corruption, small or big, should be dealt with severely and should be awarded highest punishment. This will eradicate the evil substantially if not fully.

black money can be and dealing can be removed by: 1) making mandatory all transactions electronic.... rather no higher denomination notes available 2) only small denomination currency to be made available e.g. till Rs.100/- or Rs.50/-

this can be possible if politicians themselves decide not to give or take bribes... :)
