Try to streamline tax system by lowering Income Tax and making it flat at 7.5%. Colect taxes on infirect taxation,expenditure taxes and Transaction based taxes so that no one can escape these and it will be dependent transaction/volume. Increase corporate tax to 40% and include all corporate expenditure/payments under tax net.Special tax should be introduced for IT and other export oriented units who benefit on Rupee depreciation and this should be taxed. No tax holiday for IT or FDI related units anywhere in the country. Introduce cess for combating terrorism.Collect 10% of net income or 5 crore rupees from all companys which ever is higher to built up a modern anti-terror force equipped with Drones,B-52 and Naval Servillience equipment. Tax heavily on Cinema People,Cricketers,tebnnis and Footbal Players and distribute it to Hockey, Kabaddi and Athletics.
