Dear Finance Minister, While you are heading the Finance portfolio, we all have high hopes that there will be substantial relief in personal Income tax in the ensuing budget. The present 30% surchare IT is too much. Ideal tax slab would be 10%-15%-20% net. with increase in the concession limits. FBT must be scrapped. We salaried people, are always the worst sufferers.
