Income Tax - Salaried People

Sir,

As per my understading only Salaried employees are paying the tax and time to time tax is deducting (TDS) by the employer.

My request is
1)Please Increase the Basic slab rate to atlest Rs.300000/- now a days this amount is not a big for the running a family.

2) Cost of living also Increased so please provide more support for the people who have dependents(Parents,Unmarried brothers and sisters)

3)Very long procedure for colleting the refund of the Tax please online this also so that administration work will reduce and also transperency also
