Government should provide some grand to IT companies which they can pay back when the conditions are goos .. Also they should write off the loans taken bay laid off IT employees or make some rule like they need to pay EMI for atleast another 2 years till the industy back in track...Government give billions of rupees to agriculture and write off their loans which dosen't provide much to india's economy.. Where as IT industry is the back bone of indian economy .. when recession hit them everybody is cursing them and government also not doing anything.. THe most important thing government write off their loans the same way the do for farmers . All should remember IT is responsible for all growth india achived and only because of IT india is no longer the land of snake charmers and cows roaming on roads

If their is no food you can't eat computers or just by seeing food in computers. IT people were getting good salary, if they had handled money carefully, they could manage for a while. I think it is time to change the way the governance is running in INDIA. I think we need to completely change to e-governance instead of redtape governance. The officials are not working atleast if everything changed to computers the customers can get information manythings easily.

Day by day, I am finding more and more items in indian IT industries. This is worrying for any company interested in outsourcing to india.
