FOR THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS BECAUSE OF BAN ON RECRUITMENT STARTED BY THE BJP GOVERNMENT IN THE YEAR 2001 A LOT OF VACANCIES ESPECIALLY IN THE GROUP 'C" AND "D" CADRES ARISED IN EVERY CENTRAL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT INCLUDING INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT. IN ORDER TO RUN THE SHOW, THE DEPARTMENT ENGAGES DATA ENTRY OPERATORS ON OUT SOURCING WITHOUT KNOWING THEIR BACKGROUND OR CREDIBLITY IN A LARGE NUMBER. THESE D.E.O. BECAUSE THERE IS NO PROPER SUPERVISION OVER THEM INDULGED IN SABOTAGE ACTIVITIES LIKE THE ABOVE ACTIVITY WHICH IS GOING TO BE A TIP OF AN ICEBERG. IN FUTURE THIS KIND OF NEWS WILL COME ALL OVER THE COUNTRY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE REGULAR EMPLOYEES OF THE DEPARTMENT. EVEN IF THE CAUGHT THEY WILL VANISH INTO AIR BECAUSE THERE IS NO HOLD OVER THE OUTSOURCE DATA ENTRY OPERATORS.

BJP did stop the recruitment in 2001 then came UPA and they were sleeping the whole 5yrs term...Data entry operators will vanish as they are from LALU contingent..:-)..all bogus remarks first look into the procedures being used to deal with these PPL..BJP had stopped recruitment as they were focused to remove BABU Raj and the lithargy of the administration system..Outsourcing is effective when u involve Private firms to do the work efficiently...the monitering aspect is amiss as the GOVT willing allow loop holes in what ever they do..how will India progress...

PLEASE GET BACK YOUR ADVERSE COMMENTS. I HAVE EXPLAINED BRIEFLY WHAT IS GOING IN CENTRAL GOVT. OFFICES AND ESPECIALLY IN INCOME-TAX DEPARTMENT AS I KNOW PERSONALLY SINCE MY SPOUSE IS WORKING IN INCOME-TAX DEPARTMENT. WE ARE FEW AMONG BOTH HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD GOVT.EMPLOYEES. THE GUILTY SHOULD BE PUNISHED SEVERELY.
