his name is nominated from USA, he did his most of the education from india but serving to USA, became USA cetizen long time ago, How we should be proud of this. please do not mention his name as indian, that shame for us and india as well. may be he prefare the same.

please note that brain drain is not a new one to debate. there are lot young professionals migrating to different countries for better career as well as living conditions
It is necessitated in the present situation of injustice to merit in the name of quotas. Both in education, employment, promotions we are following a system that thwarts merit and below average/poor guys occupying higher places
