And what's wrong with capitalism? It's the only system that's proven to work... which country is still commie? USSR is dead, china is commie only in name, europe is trying to be less socialist... Despite all flaws, capitalism is the only system that works, and will continue to work, blips like the great depression or this sub-prime crisis notwithstanding.

Gerard, wake up! the reality is that communism destroyed this world far more than any religious fundamentalism has done!! 12 million Russians died to atone for Stalin's sins, another couple of millions have been dying in China, Vietnam, Cuba, Latin america and so on. Communism is just name sake. the scourge of Stalin and his legacy are being trampled upon. The first country to follow the suit was China. the death of Castro will make Cuba emerge as a capitalist country. While Capitalism the world over has contributed tremendously to alleviation of poverty, communism has distibutd poverty and misery evenly!! God forbid, communism murdabad!!
