the individual concerned can say whether he is an indian or not...

as belongingness is a thing of the mind and is not affected by holding a passport or otherwise...

I never saw a curly faced man. lol... Do we really have curly faced man.. or are you referring to curly haired. This is what an American is:

seems by your sarcastic remarks that you do not think highly of the indian, but again, that is only your perception...
