The two round system allows a second round voting of top two parties in the first round.This should be used for stable govt in future.Somebody please change the constitution

It is too costly to conduct each round, we can't afford to have 2 rounds every election.

ok.then we should have the lok sabha do the second round and not worry for 5 years.
