How Lalo fooled people??
by J S on Apr 09, 2009 05:41 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Earlier to travel a long distance by connecing trains, you had to buy a ticket for the total distance. It was considered as a continuous journey. Now, you have to pay separately for the break journeys. Because of the new rule, fare is increased upto twice the amount. Although Laloo did not increase the fare, he is actually taking more than double.

Also two more points:-
1. Most of the trains are re-classified as Superfast without any change to their speed.
2. Enhanced reservation fee for purchasing reserved tickets from any other CRRC other than that of the base station.

There are many thing to Say..
He has not increased the fare thats true. But He has increased many charges such as All thirdclass Train named as a Superfast Train and Rs.20/- charges applicable. And 90 Days advance booking started, 30 Days Railway using public money what would be the interest generated. Public should know all these.
