Please do not terrorise people and create division amoung people. I lived in bangalore in 1992 . There was this news that one of the greatest and most loved kannadiga of all times was kidnapped and people were shcked and ran to streets. emotions ran high for a day and returned to normalcy by the afternoon of the next day. I dont thing any thing more than the mumbai rains hit the city . Yes there was a very tense atmosphere . Cars Autos and few shops were belted stonned. Before or after that i dont think there was any harrasment by kannadigas on any sect of the population. I am sure this time the BJP is trying some 3rd rate polictics to instigate. there will be no impact of any sort . unless the media and politicians play dirty. there is no undercurrent or kanndiga movement in karnataka who can mobile more than a few hundered people to all these non violent and intolerant ways. This is one of the most friendly people in this nation . And thats why it continues to be the most sought after city in india when people want relocate to work even NRI's.
