What makes you believe this work is of organizations like SIMI and ISI. When other religious places were targeted, it was easily attributed to so called "Islamic" Terrorrism. Ofcourse the BJP does not leave a stone unturned in misguiding indians. So why cant we think of fundamentalist organizations like Bajrang Dal / VHP, who are known to be trained in using arms, under the false pretext of self defence.
