First of all I dont think you are what u claim to be. I work in top end research and I find good candidates among Indians only those coming from open competition. I am a PHD in US too. I find all OBC candidates from India to be not intelligent enough. They cant even get into the place where I work. They cant even dream it. If you say backwards are so good then y do they need reservation? I dare them to compete in open competition. Only mentally retarded , backward in attitude people who lack any self respect and are genetically inferior ask for quotas. I dare them to compete in open competition withiout rigging.
