God save us from NEO- MANUS
by manish kumar on Apr 30, 2007 01:06 PM

More and more you talk/ work more chances of having success as well as adverse effects. If we see our civilisation- they say more than 5,000 years old! we know many who vanished and even some who are at the brink of ...
Indian civilisation due to its age, has to have sort comings as well as good things. Social sortcomings are bound to be more as our part of the world has been long ruled by the people not having real association with the local people (say to the land). so they ruled and did the things necessary for that- and no where you can see the scars of the wounds inflicted by the rulers better than on the social structure.
the present onslaught on the brahmins is neither totaly new nor the worst. Brahmin as a group have been and always have been tortured by miopic rulers. the reason being that brahmins as an intellectual group have been most influential and powerfull. and rulers feel it difficult to handle them. as an extension to this statement, everyone- brahmin as well as others should know- they are the most experienced one to know how to remain on the top of the society- rulers may come and go, but socialy they have been on the top- because they know how to reamin there- and we- the so called 'shudras', either failed to learn from them or if succeeded, we disowned our community- because we hate ourselves. brahmins might have created the caste system, but we have helped them to continue the system, earlier by serving them/ feeling proud by being blessed by them, now by making them stronger . . . .. there are historical facts regarding that and if some one wants i can produce. simple- Tamilnadu is the basin for the so called 'social justice' for long, so much so that in government institutions hardly we find any brahmin. what happened to them? did they become untouchables? NO! They became stronger without government help! they went abroad and now they are coming back wealthier and more powerfull and our social justice lords praise them!
the base line- fools- don't be happy
wise men- don't worry
if a brahmin is worrying- he is miopic- no more a brahmin.
if a shudra is not happy by the overtones of the politicians- he has become wise!
real shudras raise slogans for and against the rulers.
real brahmins- sit down, find the way out in any given condition.
and if any ruler is realy worried about the down trodden- he should SILENTLY arrange amenities for the civilians. No school, no teacher, no hospital, no doctor, and they want the down trodden to take benefit of the policies. Last more than 50 years- same family people have been taking benefit of the reservation, government policies. can government say how many percentage in the reserved category come from fresh family?
caste was a disadvantage and only disadvantage 50 years ago- now for many (for whom it was disadvantage earlier) it has become advantage
are more than catse there have become other factors of advantage like urban area, main land, geography .. . .
LETS THINK FOR THE NATION PLEASE. NO MORE POLITICS.
