Sex is need of the body just like hunger and thirst. If you are hungry and you see an apple which doesnt belongs to you, you may apply self control and not to grab it. If you are so selfish and not serious about the outcome, you may eat it and face the consequence. Both are same. But in society one is viewed worser than the other act. Need self control and apply it with God given wisdom for we are more than animals. Oppertunity will come to all of us once. Why wife has left the maid alone and wife is partially responsible.
