It's Shiney's sheer bad luck that this allegation of rape has happened in India, and he's been taken into custody. Were shiney a Pakistani, the maid alleging rape would have had to provide four adult male witnesses of good moral standing who would have stood by and watched the offending act. Failure to do so would have led to the prosecution of the maid and she would have been sentenced to a 100 whiplashes delivered at 45Degree swing of the arm. Shiney would have walked scot free!!!!
