Taxing Agriculture Income of Non-Agriculturist Persons

Govt. Should start taxing the Agriculuture Income of Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers,Politicians,Actors,sportpersons etc for whom Agriculture is part time profession (rather it is just a means for turning Black money to white or evading tax)
