1. why dont we have a separate government unit which deals with corruption? It should have collaboration with appointed officers in each state government to tackle issue in each state. 2. we should have a central government website where those who are caught in corruption should have their names with photos published? 3. WE should have incentives/bonus per case for government officials who bring corruption cases to light? 4. Judiciary should be more efficient so that such cases can be solved soon. Otherwise, those who involve in corruption knows that if something goes to court, they can always delay the proceedings by putting a stay etc which can go on endlessly. 5. Minimum educational level for each minister. 6. Give severe punishment to those who are caught to serve as a exemplary for others. 7. Design a reward structure for ordinary citizens award and financially who bring corruption to attention of govt officials. If needed, they can blow whistle anonymously so that they don't fear bringing corrupted names up or giving evidence for corruption.
