Keep Tax Benefits on Housing Loan/ Long Term Capital Gain

I request to honorable FM Mr. Pranob Mukherjee to keep the tax benefits on Housing Loan/ Long Term Capital Gain even in the new Tax Code which will be on from 1April 2011 and for 2010 budget, please increase the tax exemption limit from 1.6L to 3L.
