The age for claiming higher incometax limit for retired personnel is 65 now. The senior citizen rank is given to all those who have crossed 60 for the purpose of bank deposits, railway reservation etc. Only for income tax puposes the age is 65. I request the Finance minister to remove this anamoly and have uniform 60 years for all the purposes.
