Dear FM, Hope you shall be aware of current tax rules. There are many small business man who earn 5 - 10 Lacs per Annam but they do not pay any kind of tax and there is no process for them to collect the tax. So please put some effort in this and try collecting tax from them instead of pushing a IT & Other professionals...
