Which one make cash payments are escaping from the service tax net. All the services except adultery is under Tax net . Due to this cash dealings Govt not get actual service tax..
I will not allowed to deposit cash on year ending by corporates. Because by adjusting their cash balance they deposit black money in their current account. This cash is with drawn for making wages payments unregistered employees , make bribe etc. etc. This is very common In garment Export Industry ,Construction Industry , Cinema , Media Industry. And Hospitality Industry.
HRA benefit will given to make the payments through cheque only..
I will remove service tax on all the telephone bills which less than Rs.400/- in a Month..
