Following are some of the steps, which I personally believe would reduce corruption.
1. The biggest corruption lies in the Public Corporations like PDS, State and Centre tax collection agencies,CBEC,etc,have the babus and bureaucratic set up removed. Young qualified people with proper training would do a honest job.
2.Reward the honest and publicly blacklist the corrupt sending accross warning signals , this would encourage honesty.
3. Bring more accountability and transperancy in govt set ups.
4. ACB numbers set up in different states do not help,some ATS kind of a squad needs to be in force.
