Never before has it been that way for a 'low cost/people's' car like VW (well some, but Global media was ltd. then), early Jap sub-compacts & certainly not Korean sub.'s who not only faced hostility but had to pay to be in the game. Tata should cash in by flooding the west with decent models plus the Nano ...
The real problem is Bjajaj 3 wheelers are overpriced @ over 1.25 Lakh's. No or nominal effrot by said Co. to broaden or deepen or create new market. JUst raking it hand-over-fist by flogging a decrepit model on gullible public. Aapro Tata is a steel co. after all. 1 can say Nano is a good way to sell steel ... hehe ...
