The current is quite good for the IT industry. The Indian IT industry has been the laundry to the world doing all the dirty jobs which the developed countries did not want to do. After so much of government support and incentives, the industry has failed to develop any innovative product. The salaries of the people working in the Industry should be slashed and their perks should be withdrawn. They should be made to work harder and made to focus on innovation. People with fake resumes should be shown the door. All the corrupt HR guys who recruited people with fake resumes should be kicked out
