I was shown door recently after serving the past 3 years in new product development (R&D) in a specialized software product developing company. The CEO and all the mangers are least interest towards R&D. Everyone asked about me directly, What are you doing? R&D is like a Seed. If you start putting it in the soil and it will give the result only after considerable amount of time. These buggers , money mongers never understand the importance of R&D. All they want is Money especially Quick money! Quick Money! with quick results! After all Rome cannot be built in a day!
