Not all of them are Indian.

Among the three mentioned above Partha DasGupta has Indian passport, but not the others( Dixit and Bhagwati are American, not Indian).
Barak Obama is not Kenyan, but American. Similarly Bill Clinton or McCain are not Irish, but American.
