Lay offs are too common these days. I would like to share one of the financial companies Lay off Policies and one leading Insurance co. the company has closed down more than 100 branches and had laid off one channel of branch without any reasons and later when the hype was created same person has come and stated its routine procedure to lay off non performers (well which again was not justified).In the other case the company had collected an premium of 500 crores and has started laying of ppl without any reasons. This is how companies are taking advantage of word recession.
