Whatever profits he gets from railway, it has totally burden on public only. i.e. he has increased cancellation charges. he has made 60-40 quota of normal and tatkal tickets. so 40% public pays double the fare. he has made agents legal. so one the very first day bookings open all the tickets will be booked by agents. so public has to go for tatkal. and can generate number of waiting tickets which results in cancellation. he has increased goods train fares. etc.. and its so long list...
