i am not sure about the first allegation but yes the remaining two achievements are 100% correct and he needs to be commended for "showing " profits in Railways since he has been under intense training program from RamaLinga Raju for quite some time.He has also titled a book "How to fudge profits"for which he will be awarded Honourary PhD degree from Darbhanga University after 2014 elections
