May I ask how much kilometers electricfication was done / passed in laloo's tenure. What is the difference of percentage given earlier & now for railway electricfication. Earlier the allocation of funds were more than the profit earned by railways now for electrification. Electricfication was now on back seat and railwasys saved that money and showed profits. As far as IIM is concerned only laloo or IIM knows who managed whom. Whether it is Minister who managed the show or IIM who managed minister for mutual benefits.
