if lalu was so talented and good professor then why Bihar was reeling or say grinding in corruption,bad governance,plight of biharis for jobs,no development,and biggest scam in state histoty as `chaara ghotala`.If railway made some headway it was good planning and result of steps taken during NDA regime.
