Blight the future of local people by not allowing the rule of law and justice, scare away professionals, entrepreneurs and industrialists. Force them to MASS-MIGRATE to better managed states. 7. When migrant population increases, go to the better developed states to do Chatt puja and later political speeches to create migrant vote banks and disenfranchise locals there.
