laloo pd. yadav is the smartest joker of the world. He knows how to entertain the audience. Had he done something for Bihar he would definitely have earned some respect in indian politics. But he believes in making fool the people who votes for him. He has no ideology but he knows very well hw to win votes of illiterate people of his constituency. If he thinks he is a good plotician, a good thinker, a good administrator i challange him to contest from delhi.. It is very easy to rule with gun and muscle power. It has been happening since time immemorial. But in democracy the concept of well being of masses wins, not the politics of vote.
