You know what there is a saying 'When Elephant walks dogs bark'.. No matter how great service AOL does there will be barking dogs, because that's their nature. So, all AoL lovers, just be indifferent to their barks. Everyone has right to be ignorant. You all have much bigger responsibility. If you go on answering them individually then they become more rigid in their attitude and opinions. You know what you've got, so no need to convince or justify anything to anybody.
And BTW remember when one dog barks all dogs bark. The more you react the more they will bark.
