For all the hype created about the two ladies both have been far more inconsistent than their international competitors - Chinese or Japanese (Yamaguchi) or Caroline Marin - throughout their careers. I do agree it is easy to criticise and difficult to perform day in and day out but if you are basking in all the adulation, seek Govt patronages and privileges including awards et al, one must also be consistent. That neither Saina nor Sindhu are. When Padukone started being inconsistent, he chose to step aside and stopped playing
