Indian sports organisers always forget that it is the players who brought glory to the country and rather they would like to be in limelight leaving out hardworking players and coaches. High time sports ministry bring some rules and mechanism.
These so called officials may be drawing 1.5 to 3 lakhs per month as salaries and they do not have a minimum courtesy of doing their jobs correctly. Shame that we reward the winners of medals with a month's salary.
These same officials want PAY COMMISSION every few months and want all the arrears, DA, and what not, but a young person who is finding difficult to get jobs and who excels in something that brings laurels to the country is ignored. What a heritage the previous govts have left for us to fend with.
