It should be for Indians only -to ensure they improve 1 we have to go a long way and we should do these to encourage youngsters and reach the international standards

Congratulations to Indian winning all the position in Men & Women half marathons. I think there were no African participants in these races. If so, Indian govt. should ban outsiders in general and African nations in particular to make the Indian runners more delightful.
