.....it is important to be back in the international circuit after that long break for the knee last year. Her perofrmance is constantly improving since her return and that opens greater opportunities ahead. Saina, with some very rewarding years behind her, is also a very "inspiring, friendly and respected sportsperson" to many younger ones both in the badminton world and to all aspiring sportstars overall.
saina is negative in approach. she was saying medals depands on draw etc. Sindhu never talks about draw. saina never beater Tai in last 10 attempts, she lost to marin in major matches and also lost to yamaguchi in consecutive 5 matches. Sindhu is far better, though her final record is bad. it can change tommorrow.

wrong way of making a comparison....all players are putting in their best. Saina , in fact , set the doors open for what is now such a respectful and paying women's badminton. Sindhu is reaping the benefits in this sense as there is less of an off-the-court fight with authorities, officials , etc., Remember , how Saina's father was treated at some international event, probably at Olympics. Sindhu , unquestionably is playing better than Saina as the results show. The good part we have two medals coming in bfrom these two accomplished women of the Nation.
Saina went down as expected to her nemesis to whom she has never managed to win in the last 2yrs in any tournament.
Sindhu played very well to come back after Yamaguchi levelled the sets at 1-1. However at the risk of sounding pessimistic, Sindhu will get a silver 99.9%. Tai Tzu is superior player compared to PV, I don't see any which way PV can get the better of her unless there is a miracle of sorts.
Yesterday itself I had predicted that Saina will get bronze & she is not winning her semi final match when rediff was going hoo haa abt Saina Sindhu final.

true. saina can win only against intanon and sung ji hyun. she is totally suspect against tai,marin,yamaguchi,okuhara.
