Lee Chong Wei is a legend and taught Srikanth a few lessons. Though I am a bit disappointed, but the way Lee Chong Wei completed out played in second and third games proves his legendary status. In cricketing terms it is like Sachin teaching Virat a few lessons :-). Can't compare anyone else.

he may have got world no 1.
2nd round exit in all england and other exits previous to that shows he is not in best of form.

Big letdown

K Srikant and Men's hockey team were big let downs. Winning silver in such low profile competition itself is like defeat. Whats the use of being no.1 ????? Lets see if he wins WC, All England, super series or Olympic being world no. 1 Else just reach semis and finals and not winning competition will probably keep him in two 2-3 but won't count much. We have similar problem with Saina, and Sindhu. They also falter in finals of major tournament. INdian players need to believe in their skills but seems they are awed by the situation instead.

You underestimate Lee Chong Wei. He is a magnificent player regularly winning Olympics medals even and beaten only by Chinese there. Rankings in Badminton are very volatile and reviewed EVERY WEEK. Even Saina Nehwal is ranked below PV Sindhu but still was the winner...
