I think Badminton
by bhaskar on Oct 22, 2017 01:16 AM

Players are banking on strategies, stamina and acclimatization which shows how tough the players have to be for each and every match when compared to cricket where you can easily blame anybody for a defeat.

Saina is a world class player only that she is also playing against the world class players. So, a slight advantage can go on to make big difference in the end.
All the players are tensed and are professionals. They do not get carried away with defeats and they know their potentials too.

saina shall be facing yamaguchi again
by Dhantannan on Oct 21, 2017 12:39 PM

saina is going to face yamaguchi again in french open.
saina is banking on luck and easy draw.
there is nothing such as luck and easy draw.
she should quit before young blood like yamaguchi, tai tzu ying, chen yufie, sindhu destroy her totally.

Well done Saina, Srikanth
by bakchod on Oct 21, 2017 10:47 AM

Well done Saina. Its understandable. Didn't know you had to play at 2 am. It is unfair. Srikanth, kudos to you! Major victory over Axelson. Rooting for you to win now! All the best for the semi final.

My sympathy with Saina
by girish on Oct 21, 2017 10:12 AM

I saw her game yesterday. I could not understand why she was so sluggish, missed some easy points , her returns of smashes by Yamaguchi were landing in net. And now I understand why after reading this article. My sympathy with you Saina. You are among the best in the world and I am sure you will come back strongly in French open.

Dear Saina,
your play, your game, your dedication towards badminton has given so many young kids a hope for their career choice in games. You are the milestone, your are the hope for all those aspiring young girls who want to be next Saina ....
Dont think of retirement soon.
Get the position of world number 1 and when you become no 1, declare your retirement.
It is very well your own position in the badminton world .... Never ever give up .... dont look at criticism people may talk about your game, as people have habit to forget the happiness once they got by watching your game.

Come on, get up, dedicate yourself for achieving your own Rank in the badminton world - No 1 rank .....

Best of luck ......

What's up with Denmark ?
by Sudarshan Nityananda on Oct 21, 2017 06:57 AM

Is this a first world nation they are playing in ? A power failure forces Saina to play at 2 AM ? Atrocious.
