It is not correct to talk bad about padukone to praise gopi. gopi has done great things for india, but gopi is from the generation after padukone.
padukone established badminton in india, and was the inspiration for gopi. Now gopi has taken over the baton and has achieved even greater things. 10-15 years from now saina, srikanth etc will become coaches and hopefully create even bigger champions.
